59 head teachers of both primary and secondary government-aided schools in Kazo district receive smartphones from Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) to help them with tracking the daily attendance of both learners and teachers.

The Smartphones are embeded with TELA (Teacher Effectiveness and Learner Achievement) to be used as a monitoring tool in schools.
